1. Your clothes fit better

This one is pretty self-explanatory. When your clothes fit better you feel better and your confidence goes through the roof. And one of the great things about your clothes fitting better is that it has nothing to do with the scale and no one will ever know that you might be the exact same weight but down 2 pant sizes, that’s a win.

2. You have more energy
You have more energy in the morning, the afternoon, the evening and all day at work. You just feel like a million bucks and that you can take on the world.

3. Your friends notice change

They always say that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the world to notice. And boy is that ever true. There might not be a better feeling on the planet then having your significant other mention that you’re looking great and to keep up the good work or a co-worker noticing that new pair of pants or new shirt fits a heck of a lot better than it did last week.

4. You have less cravings

It’s crazy what can happen to your cravings when your body is completely satisfied with good, wholesome food. Your cravings for salty and sugary Foods almost go away completely and you start to find yourself craving lean proteins veggies fruits and all the good stuff. I know it sounds weird but trust us it happens.

5. You’re sleeping better

When you have daily exercise in your life your input to Output ratio is way more balanced. This will enable you to get into a better sleep cycle and for you to fall asleep faster get into a deep sleep longer and wake up feeling more energized than ever before.

6. You find yourself enjoying food more

Now we don’t mean that you’re eating more food per se but we actually mean that you are enjoying the taste of good quality food more than ever before. You’re more satisfied with everything on your plate because you’re eating much for balance Foods, calories and have more variety in life. Once you start to understand food is more fuel than anything else you really understand that it’s there to keep you energized throughout the day so what are you actually want to have a meal that is off your plan that you can enjoy that reward meal and leave that table with no regret and all happiness.

7. You have more endurance

This is a little bit different than just the second point with more energy, this is about having more physical endurance for everyday tasks. You find yourself being able to climb the stairs without being out of breath, being able to say yes to that hike, having a lot more enjoyment at the family outing and being able to do all the fun things in your life you’ve always wanted to do. 

8. You’re more productive at work

When you have more energy, when you are sleeping better, and when you have more confidence it all equals more productivity at work. You’ll find yourself being able to take on more in the same if not less time and enjoy the process a lot more. Heck even your co-workers will notice the productivity and ask you what you been doing differently. 

9. You can keep up with the kids

It’s a pretty terrible thing to tell your kids that it’s time to pack up and go home from the park knowing full well they’re still having fun. You know deep down that you’re just tired from running around with them and that’s sitting on the couch might be a little bit easier. But not anymore with these non scale victories through diet and exercise, you’ll be able to keep up with the kids make them sweat for a chains and have them asking to go home.

10. You smile more

It’s corny but it’s true, when it all comes together you’re just a happier person. You find more enjoyment in the little things and you have more appreciation for the big things.
