Here are three simple strategies to keep your fitness and nutrition on track this summer without feeling overwhelmed:


1. Focus on Short, Effective Workouts

You don’t need an hour at the gym to see results. In fact, most of our busy clients thrive on 20-30 minute workouts that fit into their hectic days.

Try this quick bodyweight workout anywhere:

  • 20 squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 20 reverse lunges
  • 30-second plank
    Repeat x2.

2. Make Meals Easy and Balanced
