Trainer Revenge 2025: Flip the Script for a Great Cause
Red Deer, get ready — the city’s most exciting fitness fundraiser is back! From September 22–26, 2025, 360 Fitness Red Deer will once again host Trainer Revenge, giving you the chance to flip the script and make your trainers sweat.
But this isn’t just about fun workouts and a little payback. This year’s event supports Aspire Child Development Centre, a local organization that helps children with diverse needs — from toddlers as young as two to teenagers up to seventeen.
Supporting Aspire: Removing Barriers for Families
Families with children who have developmental or medical needs often carry heavy responsibilities, from therapy appointments to navigating specialized education. Aspire provides programs and services that make a world of difference, and through its Fee Assistance program, ensures families aren’t held back by financial barriers.
Every dollar raised during Trainer Revenge will go directly to helping local families access the resources they need for their children to thrive.
How Trainer Revenge Works
It’s simple, fun, and a little bit devious:
✅ Donate to assign a workout to your trainer (think burpees, push-ups, squats — the nastier, the better).
✅ Take advantage of 15% off supplements, shakes, swag, and clothing at the 360 Fitness front desk all week.
Last year, 360 Fitness Red Deer members raised $17,000+ for charity during Trainer Revenge. This year, we’re setting our sights even higher.
