πŸš€ Amy is Down 13lbs and 15 Inches in 6 Weeks!

Look at that smile πŸ™‚ 

Amy did amazing in her 6 Week Challenge!

She works long hours and is busy with her two kids, but she made time for herself. One of her big goals was to get back to running, and running the same speed as she was pre COVID. 

Amy was able to accomplish that and so much more before the snow started coming. She was 100% committed to healthy eating and showing up with a positive attitude every day. 

In 6 weeks Amy lost 13lbs of body fat, 4.6% body fat and 15 inches in total!

I am one proud coach, and beyond excited to see what Amy continues to accomplish. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
