Trainer Revenge Week 2026: Red Deer Clients Get Even for Aspire Child Development Centre

Most weeks at our Red Deer studio, our trainers are the ones calling out the reps. From September 28 to October 2, that gets turned around completely.

Trainer Revenge Week is back, and this year every dollar raised goes to Aspire Child Development Centre.

HOW TRAINER REVENGE WORKS

There is a revenge menu at our front desk all week. Every exercise on it has a donation attached. Burpees, sled pushes, wall sits, and a few options our team is already dreading.

You pick the exercise. You pick the trainer. You make your donation. Then our trainer does every single rep while you watch.

You do not need to be a 360 Fitness member to take part. Anyone in Red Deer can walk in, pick something unreasonable, and put a trainer through it for a good cause. Parents have been known to bring their kids in just to watch.

WHY WE CHOSE ASPIRE

Aspire Child Development Centre has been supporting Red Deer families raising children with diverse needs since 1985. Many people still know it by its former name, the Children’s Services Centre.

Think about the moment a parent first notices their child is developing differently. Speech is late, or movement seems harder than it should be, or behaviour is hard to understand. There is usually a long, anxious stretch of not knowing what is going on or who to call.

Aspire meets families in exactly that moment. Their team brings psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and behaviour specialists together around one child and one family, so parents are not left piecing answers together on their own.

Their work includes developmental assessments and diagnostic clinics, ongoing therapy and consultation, and EASE, an inclusive preschool program. They also put real effort into reaching families in rural and remote communities across the region, who often have the hardest time accessing this kind of support.

This is local work for local families. The kids Aspire supports live in our neighbourhoods, go to our schools, and play at our parks.

You can learn more about their programs at aspirechild.ca.

WHAT IS HAPPENING DURING THE WEEK

Revenge workouts. Monday September 28 to Friday October 2, with the menu at the front desk all week.

15% off supplements, shakes, and swag. Available to everyone, all week long.

Free family BBQ. Friday October 2, from 4 to 7 pm at the studio. Food and drinks are provided by 360 Fitness, families are welcome, and it doubles as your last chance to get revenge before the week wraps up.

WHY A PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO DOES THIS

What we do most days is help adults in Red Deer get stronger, move better, and feel like themselves again. That work matters to us, and it is why we come in.

But a studio is also a community. When the people who train here, their families, and their friends all point at the same goal for a week, it adds up to something none of us could do alone. Trainer Revenge is our way of pointing that community at something outside our four walls.

It also happens to be the most fun week of our year. Our clients love it. Our trainers pretend not to.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Stop by 360 Fitness Red Deer at 107, 5301 43 Street any time between September 28 and October 2, or call us at 403-347-1707. Our front desk team will walk you through the menu and get you set up.

Then come to the BBQ on Friday. We would love to meet your family.

Come get your revenge.
