This is the 1st part of a 2 part series teaching you cleansing your body from the inside out using raw food. This is a great tool to have in your arsenal to use every now and again to make your entire body healthier, work more efficiently and to feel your best!
If your body is taxed with a heavy toxic load and / or you have a substantial amount of weight to lose, then raw food cleansing is the cheapest and best way to achieve your goal.
Try to use organic foods whenever possible to avoid adding more toxins to the system. Thoroughly wash all non-organic produce in alkaline filtered water before preparation and consumption.
You may experience some symptoms of detox as you begin cleansing. Starting with a three day cleanse is the perfect way to learn how your body will react to this process of freeing up energy for detox. Symptoms may include headaches, nausea, body aches and digestive disturbances. Most people will have no adverse reactions while cleansing.
It is important to combine all cleanses with adequate exercise, sleep, sunlight exposure, and prayer / meditation for ultimate results and success!

Pasteurized, homogenized dairy products
Commercially raised meats (beef, pork, chicken, fish, seafood, turkey, etc.)
Processed, enriched grains (cereal, bagels, pastries, crackers, waffles, pancakes, etc.)
Processed, refined sugar (white sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, etc.)
Fake foods (anything containing food colouring, artificial sweeteners, chemicals, etc.)
Coffee, black tea, sports drinks, soft drinks, bottled juices.
The longer and more often you have consumed the above, the greater your toxic load and the higher your chances of being overweight and in compromised health.

3 Day Energy Boost Cleanse Day 1
Its generally best to start on a Friday, or when you are going to have a couple days free from heavy daily demands.
Upon waking: Drink 1 liter of pure, alkaline water with lemon to flush your system and help you wake up. Continue to drink pure water throughout the day, keeping track and working toward your personal goal in liters depending on bodyweight.
Breakfast: Have a Raw Cleanse smoothie or a bowl of fresh mixed fruit. Eat as much as desired.
Lunch: Have a Raw Cleanse salad. You can use a simple dressing of cold-pressed olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
Mid-afternoon: Drink one or two cups of a mild laxative tea, with fresh lemon.
Dinner: Consume an all raw dinner, Begin with fruits, preferably low-glycemic (berries, stone fruits) then prepare a large mixed green salad with plenty of veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, avocado, sprouts, etc). Again, make a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
Bedtime: Go to bed by 10pm. Your goal is eight hours of quality sleep.
3 Day Energy Boost Cleanse Day 2
If you are able to schedule a deep tissue massage or time in a sauna or steam room, this will be very beneficial. Doing an enema or having colon hydrotherapy would also enhance your experience and reduce any uncomfortable detoxing symptoms that could begin to manifest.
Upon waking: Start with 1 liter of pure alkaline water with lemon.
Breakfast: Energize and detoxify with 500ml of alkalinizing green-based juice.
Mid-morning: Exercise if possible, a brisk walk or 15 mins on a rebounded. When you’re done, drink another 500ml of green juice.
Lunch: Enjoy another Raw Cleanse salad, with the olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt dressing.
Mid-afternoon: Enjoy an herbal tea, a Smart Cocktail or an Ecstatic Elixir. Rest or nap for 1 hour if possible.
Dinner: Have a large bowl of balancing broth and another Raw Cleanse salad. Try to select a dressing that has avocado base for some needed essential fatty acid.
Bedtime: In bed by 10am. Goingfor eight hours of sleep!
3 Day Energy Boost Cleanse Day 3
Upon waking: Drink 1 liter of pure alkaline water with lemon. Also plan to consume the correct amount of water throughout the day.
Breakfast: Prepare a green smoothie and drink 500ml-1 liter of this throughout the morning.
Mid-morning: Try to get 30 mins of exercise, and be sure to drink herbal tea and / or water to replenish afterwards.
Lunch: Enjoy another bowl of last nights Balancing Broth along with an orange spinach salad with Orange Tahini Dressing.
Mid-afternoon: Have a green smoothie and try to get an hours rest time.
Dinner: Start with a Smart Cocktail or an Ecstatic Elixir, if desired. Then make a salad on a bed of mixed greens with grated carrot, beets and purple cabbage. Choose either the olive oil or avocado based dressing. Have a side of broccoli (may be steamed) andred onions with Bragg Liquid Aminos.
Bedtime: In bed by 10pm. Aim for eight hours of sleep!
